As the title implies this is the last installment on the Bourne Series. And it’s by far different from the novel. In the movie series, Marie was already dead but in the novel Marie was the force behind Bourne. Also, the movie ( all three of them ) never mentioned Carlos the Jackal. When in the novel, it was the hunt for Carlos that makes it exciting. Oh well!
This is the second movie on the Bourne trilogy and have kept me awake until midnight. I just have to finished it even if i have watched already. I thought I have not watched one of the movies but now I remembered I watch the first two in the big screen and the last one through the DVD. My memory really has been affected by my LUPUS already. Anyway, the movie started with Bourne having those nightmares. He was with Mary in India. Then, on the other side of the world, an operation was screwed up and the fingerprint of Bourne was planted in the crime scene.
Please allow me to post my Matt Damon – Jason Bourne indulgence again. haha. Because last night was quite a revelation to me. I wanted to watched 2012 but my sister told me that she end up feeling sad watching the movie and as of that moment I am not into the depressive mood so I changed my mind. I was debating whether to watch RAD or With Honors but RAD just won’t play in our DVD and well, I am not up for the scene in With Honors. So I decided to have my Matt Damon fixed. And I am so glad I decided to watch the series. Because it have answered a lot of my questions in the past.
The Oscars have gave me an idea which movie to watch. I just watched the Proposal and man, I did enjoy it. I was laughing at the chanting of the Granny and as the Sandra Bullock dance. I always love stars do some crazy stuff in the movies. I always remember how cute Cameron Diaz is in Something about Mary. Or is it My Bestfriend’s Wedding.
Anyway, I am now waiting for my copy of the Avatar, The Hurt Locker and The Blind Side. I also have Dead Poets Society already. But before I watch all this I have to give time first to 2012. hmm. I forgot about it already good thing the husband mentioned it last night. Hopefully I can watch it today!
Last night I was supposed to watch 2012 the movie after chatting with the husband. But he told me that I should sleep early since I appeared to be needing one. I was teasing him if it’s already time for me to apply the best eye cream for dark circles. When I am tired, sick or lacking in sleep, dark circles appear around my eyes. My nephew and daughter have the same situation. Anyway back to the movie. I heard great reviews about it but I also heard that after watching it you might end up being paranoid. haha. I am curious really that’s why I downloaded it. I am trying to search for a list of the best movies in 2009 but unfortunately the movies in the list that I found does not interest. Maybe, my taste has changed. lol.

I am looking for good movies that were shown in the ‘80 because the husband wanted to watched them. Unfortunately my memory is not that good and I cannot come up with a list. Maybe, because at that time I was preoccupied with thinking aboutacne solutions. I wanted to get rid of the acne that are currently plaguing my face. I did find the right solution and somehow I was able to remember With Honors. This is the film that have turned me into a big Brendan Fraser fan. I love the actors and actresses in this movie and I also love the story. It tells a lot about life and how we go about it. Until today, I still can remember Brendan Fraser’s name in this movie — Montgomery ‘Monty’ Kessler.
My sister wanted to watch this movie and I want it also. I think it’s a movie that might served as my breather after a busy and work filled week. The truth is I wanted to go to a vacation ( it does not have to be in one of those beautiful Outer Banks vacation rental, though I wish it could be!) just to relaxed but since I have a lot of things to do and in two weeks we would be flying off to a different country then I am applying the principle of work now, play later first. lol. Anyway, maybe tonight I might be able to watch this movie. Here is the synopsis of it which I found at dramawiki.

Do you remember this movie? I watched it when I was young ( and hoping that when I grow old I could find a job that would allow me to buy a bicycle. haha. Such an innocent wish!) and it left a nice impression on me. I don’t know if it’s because of the bike stunts or the love story and the romance that added spice to the movie. But I am so happy that I was able to get a copy of it. I even told the husband to watch it. lol.

Last December when we were at the mall, I saw a movie poster that has Matt Damon in it and Morgan Freeman. Ever since I stopped working I never was updated as to what is the movie that is currently shown in the movie theaters. So, I was so surprised to see that poster. And then life get busy again. I forgot about it. But last week when I was busy downloading stuff and remembered it. I googled its title and from there got a copy of it. I also researched about its synopsis. I got interested when I learned it’s a true story about how Nelson Mandela and Rugby have united a nation. And boy, was I glad that I watched it even if I was disappointed that Matt D is blondie. haha. The movie is inspirational. It tells us that in our own way we can make a difference. And from this movie, I wanted to read Nelson Mandela’s biography. haha. But do you know why the movie was title Invictus? Well, because the poem Invictus which was written by William Ernest Henley was the poem which Nelson Mandela has used as inspiration when he was in prison. And he shared this poem to Francois Pienaar ( Matt Damon’s character ). It played a big role to both. And here is the poem :
While watching I come with the Rain, I was also thinking if I should have custom slipcovers for our sofa. Our sofa are bare and I think slip covers would definitely spice them up a bit. haha. That’s me, multitasking again. haha. Anyway, back to the movie. I think the acting is great. Of course that’s because I love Kimutaku. lol. But there are loopholes in the film. Sometimes it tends to be confusing. The scenes jumps from the present to the past of Josh Harnett’s character. And there is also the scenes which were taken in Mindanao. I just cannot think why they have to shot a scene in the cabaret with Filipina dancing in nude and you know. It was for just a few minutes and in my opinion has no bearing at all in the story. It only exploits Filipina and I dislike that very much. Then after all the efforts Josh finally found Kimura Takuya. The ending is so so. But since I was able to watch it in the comforts of my home and was able to have a dose of KimuTaku again, I still say it was worth my curiosity and time. haha.
