dramas of my life

I sleep early last night. Around 10pm. In between sleep I would wake up to tend to Anevay. Since she really is not into solid food yet after getting sick she is drinking more milk that was is her average. Which I am thankful. This means she is getting her appetite back. And then this morning, she already have cerelac for breakfast. Thank God!

But why am I frustrated ? Well, because I am not sure what time the garbage truck pass by our house. We woke up around 6 but until now they still haven’t come. I think they already passed by our house when we were sleeping. Urgh! haha! and yes, that is what is frustrating me right now.

I got tired with the way my blog look, so I’m looking around for a new one.

I saw one that I like but I cannot edit the header because I do not have a photoshop because the other night I reinstalled my windows vista because my NEO Empriva which I recently bought say 2 or 3 months ago keep on showing the blue screen. Darn it!

So now, I need to reinstall my photoshop so I can also do the 2008 calendar. Hay!

i just finish one task, give a little something to somebody, answered that tag from ems. now, i will start my ranting!

i thought i finally found a dsl that really really works and can deliver what it advertise. i was wrong! so wrong!

for many times now, i do not have internet connection because there is a problem in our area. not sure what.

and then yesterday, i cannot access any of my blogs. i thought the problem is with my host. i talked to their live support only to discover that the one causing the problem is my dsl. well, i was able to learn and do traceroute though

There has been a discussion through comments on NEO LAPTOP and the lousy customer service they provide.

Sometimes I joined their discussion and as I browse through their complains the more irritated I get because it reminds me of my own experience. Which I already wanted to forget. The more I remember kasi the more I regret not buying that Acer computer.

But to make things light, and sorry if I will offend somebody, but I took this pictures because I think it answers the question what do I do with the Neo Laptop that I send to Digital Playground and it took them a month to return to me and when I had a test run, I was not impressed with the slow boot up.

If you know me, and you know where I worked for the past eight years, you would know that I won’t let it pass if I am subjected to lousy customer service.

I am familiar with customer and repair services that’s why I get so irritated when I am not satisfied with the services I get.

I would be sharing to you my letter which I have send to the NEO CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. I have been preventing my self to write complaint letters but I tell you this needed attention.

I am being hit by the lazy bug so at first I opted not to blog. I went on to look for something that would somehow cure my laziness.

And then I remember that I am planning to print the scraps I did for Anevay’s baby book. Which until now I havent finished yet. I just did those first one month plus the baptism. And then boom! I forgot about doing the other pics.

Until now.

Anevay’s name came from the internet. And her second name as well. Her name Anevay means superior and Jahzara is blessed princess. Anevay was chosen by her daddy while I chose her second name because she really is a blessing to us after all the storms that have come our way.

Hubby’s name is the english version of the name of his father.

Ngayon, magtatagalog muna ako para may dating. Alam kong maraming nakakabasa nito well this is my blog. And this blog is one of my outlet kaya pagbigyan nyo na ko. And malay nyo after reading this one, maiisip nyo ung phrase na “Ah kaya pala”.

The princess and I have been home alone last night until today. And it was unlikely of her to wake up at around 8am. Maybe because she was awake at around 4am.

We got a visit from my brother, and after that we have taken a walk to the park, i always do this for her to get a dose of the morning sun and when I needed to think.

As I previously wrote I went to EPCIB IBM branch, to get my new account numbers. I waited for more than one hour just to get those numbers. The numbers where printed on a bond paper and were handed to me.

I asked some questions, some were answered, some were not. But last night I haven’t checked what they told me about FASTNET (EPCIB internet banking site). The bank employee told me to log on to BDO’s site and put in the account number and password that I was using in FASTNET.
