One difficult customer
thats me! lol! But I am being difficult because I am receiving crappy service from PLDT.
And this are the reason why I choose to be a difficult customer :
- I reported a problem to their hotline last Saturday night. Their engineer called me in the morning asked for my speed. When he saw that my speed is already 1000mbps, he just told me to monitor

The Promise
Luis is the first ‘apo’ on our side. Right now he is the only boy in the group. He kept on praying that someday one of us would bear a son. That’s for my sister and me.

Another DSL rant!
I was quite furious this morning because of PLDT’s crappy customer service. Actually, my connection problem began last night while talking to hubby. And while I am doing an entry. I called 171 to report about my dsl and they wanted me to connect to the modem directly because they needed daw the correct IP. I answered him that with or without the switch the IP is still the same because I verified it a lot of times.

The BIGGEST loser
..that’s me. I feel like I am in a lost - lost situation. And it irritates me and it does not help that I know I am at fault for not taking good care of it. Kainis!

Rebate for PLDT users
I am not really sure when it started. All I know was that I am having intermittent connection for the past few days. I called their helpdesk (171) and told them of my problem.

Frustrating!
I sleep early last night. Around 10pm. In between sleep I would wake up to tend to Anevay. Since she really is not into solid food yet after getting sick she is drinking more milk that was is her average. Which I am thankful. This means she is getting her appetite back. And then this morning, she already have cerelac for breakfast. Thank God!

New look!
I got tired with the way my blog look, so I’m looking around for a new one.
I saw one that I like but I cannot edit the header because I do not have a photoshop because the other night I reinstalled my windows vista because my NEO Empriva which I recently bought say 2 or 3 months ago keep on showing the blue screen. Darn it!

i just finish one task, give a little something to somebody, answered that tag from ems. now, i will start my ranting!
i thought i finally found a dsl that really really works and can deliver what it advertise. i was wrong! so wrong!

What to do with your NEO LAPTOP ?
There has been a discussion through comments on NEO LAPTOP and the lousy customer service they provide.
Sometimes I joined their discussion and as I browse through their complains the more irritated I get because it reminds me of my own experience. Which I already wanted to forget. The more I remember kasi the more I regret not buying that Acer computer.

The Letter
If you know me, and you know where I worked for the past eight years, you would know that I won’t let it pass if I am subjected to lousy customer service.
I am familiar with customer and repair services that’s why I get so irritated when I am not satisfied with the services I get.
