pc fight

I don’t really watch Pacquiao’s fight anymore since I am not really a big boxing fan and I know it only has one outcome. Him winning his bout. haha. Yeah, I am that confident of Manny Pacquiao’s skill as a boxer. But I know on March 13, the streets here in our country would be empty again. Houses will be filled with people shouting their encouragement even if they are just watching television. For some they would watched the live broadcast on malls and restaurants. If you are looking for such places here are the locations where you can watch the Pacquiao – Clottey fight as posted at abs-cbnnews.com.

In my Quest

I was looking for some online videos of Aqua Bendita with English Subs. Seems like this drama is creating waves but I don’t really watched it because I am having a hard time explaining the story to my little girl. haha. Anyway, I did not know that way back 1999, there was a Maalala Mo kaya Episode which stars Judy Ann Santos and Rico Yan with that was entitled Agua Bendita also. Not sure if it has the same story though.

Pinoy Got Talent

Okay I did not know that this program have already started since I haven’t watched the TV for ages. haha. I am exaggerating. I think I have not watched TV for two weeks now, even TV news. The little girl has been monopolizing our tv for her Barbie movies. Today or should I say tonight it was different. She asked me if she could play in the computer and I said yes. And then I switched on the TV for news.

I don’t really have patience in watching dramas every night. Especially those which are to be continued type. That’s why I am so thankful for online streaming and those who put English subs for Asian Dramas. Through the internet I don’t have to wait for weeks or months or even years to watch a complete episode of drama. But if I am really interested in a local drama, I would definitely watch it pilot episode and then try to hold my patience and wait it for a week. haha. And then I’ll forget about it until I know it’s on its last episode. lol. Which happens right now with May Bukas Pa which is ending this week.

pacmantime

This is on the news today.

Here is the article from abs-cbnnews.com :

MANILA – The Philippines’ most successful boxer Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao is on the cover of TIME Magazine’s Asia edition, boxing website fightnews.com reported.

Pacquiao, who is aiming for an unprecedented seventh title in seven weight divisions, is featured by the prestigious magazine in a five-page story.

The story will also be included in the magazine’s global editions, the boxing news site said.

The magazine will be out on newsstands starting this weekend.

What happen to my post? When I publish it, this was the only thing that was published.

I have worked in Libis for I think eight years. I have seen the signage but never got the chance to really see it. What am I talking about? The Padre Pio Chapel in Libis. I know of its existence but I don’t know even if I searched for it, I never found it. Maybe because I did not search some more.

As the usual Korean drama, Lovers in Paris has been interesting on the first part but later on you’ll have to contend with some events that you wish they did not have to put up. In short there are scenes that keep on dragging and worst, the ending really really S*C*S! But it has gain popularity here in the Philippines when a Tagalized version of it was shown. Now, ABS-CBN bought the rights to make their own version.

I am intrigued by this movie. I read some feedback that they were crying while watching it. Well, I think those that have a significant other can totally relate to this movie. So now ABSCBN is doing a first again. The said movie will premiere online through their website www.starcinema.com.ph. Of course, watching it won’t be free like we hope it would be but definitely this is another innovation that would benefit all Pinoys all over the world. If this proves to be successful then you don’t have to go to cinemas anymore to watch, right? You can watch at the comfort of your home. I don’t know how much it would cost to watch it and I don’t know the modes of payment but if you are interested they you can read this news or go to http://starcinema.com.ph. Hurry this is on a limited offer only!

The End of Boys over Flowers

I did not know that Boys over Flowers has ended airing here in the Philippines. It was only now that I know of it. And I have yet to watch the remaining three or four episodes. lol. But according to the ad, on Monday they would be airing a special which includes the NG ( No Good Scenes ) or the bloppers. I wonder how it would look like with all the scenes and them laughing but the episode is dubbed in Filipino. lol. Anyway, another drama has come to an end. I think it would be replaced by Katorse, a Filipino teleserye. Katorse is an old movie that stars Dina Bonnevie and Gabby Concepcion. The tag line of the old movie is ‘She’s a child, a woman and a mother at 14′. Erich Gonzales would be the lead role for this teleserye.
