If you want to lose weight click here, if you want to relax go see a movie. Which I am planning to do but I am not sure if it’s possible with our schedule. You see I have been planning for the longest time now to let anevay see a movie in the movie house but unfortunately it has not materialized yet. I thought we can go in Kuwait but things got busy and we missed the chance to see Iron Man. Now, Shrek 4 is showing. I guess it’s a nice one to watch. So I tell the husband. And hope he agrees.

You have seen me….
From my ‘nene’ days
To this time of motherhood
From my very first day at IBM Repair Center
To the time I climbed up the organizational chart
From being clueless on what to do as a supervisor (a position you once have)
To the time that I even argue with the Managers
From the onslaught of lupus
To the time I was declared in remission
From being so worried about the effect of lupus to our baby
To the time that I am worried still
From being scared on my first taste of motherhood
To the time that I know how to handle Anevay
From the moment of separation I thought I cannot endure
To the time I was able to cope but missing your every moment
On a mother’s day, I am so sad! Because Daddy has left for Kuwait last night for work again. The two weeks that he was with us was spent wisely. He was able to have quality time with me and the little girl. Anevay was so used to him being here at our house that last night she thought he was on the bathroom and started knocking on the close door.
Thanks to technology she still can hear her daddy’s voice. They talked today on the phone. Daddy have already reported for work. His boss wanted him to cut his vacation short, good thing he did not.
Well, I am not yet back to regular programming. I am still a busy bee. Just finished cooking for the Christmas eve and the princess is asleep. Although after posting my greeting I would be going back to my laundry
Anyway, will update my blogs with stories and pictures once I got time for now may I say MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!!!

Thanks to Doris for the QP!

Last night as I was chatting with my dear husband, out of nowhere he asked me this question, do you know the song HOME ? I told him No. And then he forwarded to me the link in you tube where i can hear the song.
I listen to the song. I have not fallen in love with it right then and there. But when I read the lyrics, man, tears keep on falling down my cheeks.
I’ll share with you the lyrics :
Before Marikina, Pampanga has been my home. Home, which is composed of Papa, Mommy, older brother, older sister and little me. We are five in the family. We go to mass together, do things together. Until Kuya left for Manila for work, Ate to study. I was left behind as I am still in high school. Papa retired from work and so we were three. Weekends will be seeing us complete.
Until the trials came. The trial that eventually took Papa and Mommy away. And we decided to leave the place we called home. But I promise myself to go home everytime I can. Which I was not able to fulfill due to circumstances like having lupus and getting pregnant.
I did a post about Mommy. Of course, it wont be complete if I don’t do an entry for my Papa.
And I was supposed to blog about this after Anevay’s 1st trial class in Kindermusik.
You see, Papa loves to sing. He bought a radio then with a mic and he has a karaoke tapes consisting of songs like Fly me to the moon, etc ….(i’m humming to that song right now ). But what I wanted best from all his list of song which we sing in duet is the YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE song.
Somebody is going to get this.

Timex watch. Indiglo. Capable of three timezone. Etc..etc.
Will post my story tomorrow.
I posted the above entry last night : September 20. Now I am editing it Sept 21. Why ?because hubby already received it from Emil.
So here’s the story.
When Mahal left last August he forgot his AC adapter for his TP. He was already going to buy a new one when Emil (ex officemate in IBM Solutions and now officemate and housemate in Kuwait) told him not to because he will be coming to the Philippines for a vacation the next week.
Its been what ? Six birthdays.
From tonight and it would be September 21.
Why I am doing this countdown? Not because it is the anniversary of the Proclamation of Martial Law.
But because the hubby is celebrating his birthday. Its the first time in seven years that we are celebrating it apart. huhuhu!
If I have a choice, the best birthday gift I can give him is us flying to Kuwait but unfortunately we have not gotten our visa yet. And he does not want us to be there because of the hot weather.
I do hope he will enjoy his day.
