I am feeling kinda stressed a little because I have not yet started buying gifts and its already Nov 15th tomorrow. And then there’s the upcoming get together with friends and their kids, which also involves gift giving. For kids, there are a lot of available options. There are a lot of toys in the stores which I can choose from. But when it comes to adults, that’s is where the challenge lies. So to lessen the pressure I am feeling I have started writing down the list of families and friends and the gift I planned to give them. And you know what I already have completed my list until I came down with the names of my aunts and uncles. Really, I am having a tough time deciding on what to give them. I already made a personalized 2010 calendar for each of their family but I wanted to give them something individually. Now I am browsing through the internet and stumble upon a Golfshop and immediately thought of my uncle, an attorney who fancies golf. He is no Tiger Woods but when he wanted to relax he will go to a golf course and play. I wonder if giving him some golf accessories would be a perfect idea.
I shared this thought with the husband yesterday and that leads him to remember the time when he was in Germany for his training. He have been in the said country twice this year. And have a chance to roam around. And one of the things that stood out on his memory is the golf course he was able to take a peek in. He was really impressed with the scenery since it’s the only thing that he has a knowledge about. My husband is not a golf player. haha. But according to him there are Golfkurse (that means golf courses) that you can avail of if you really wanted to learn about the sport. Actually he was tempted to enlist himself to the lessons but with limited time he can’t afford to. Which he really regrets because he really thinks that golf could help calm his senses and would be a big stress reliever. I think that’s the reason why my uncle enjoys it.
And that brings me back to the thought of gift giving. Should I buy him golf accessories or not? I still have a few days left to decide. I would consider the pros and cons and would still look for other options in the internet. Goodluck to me!
