While doing a healthcare job search for the past few days as a favor to a dear friend I have been seeing a lot of raves on the movie (500) Days of Summer. If you are familiar with my situation, you know pretty well that I cannot still watch movies in the big screen. Before when I was not yet a mother, the movie house is the husband and mine’s favorite Friday place. But now, I am a mother and my movie partner is out of the country for work. So, let’s just say I lost both the time and the interest to watch movies

But when the husband comes home, we love to spend our nights watching movies which he has on his EHD. And hopefully since he knows my type of movies he has this on the hard drive.
I just hope the movie is really good.

Don’t know if you have seen it yet but I find this movie particularly ingenious. I love the way the camera worked, every angle of it. Even if it is a drama, it doesn’t make the content less hilarious. I find 500 Days of Summer an extremely real and brilliant film as love is told in a frank, mature and beautiful manner. The actors were splendid too even though I never heard of them. I wish there are more work of art like this one. It reminded me of when I first saw Memento with its original way of story telling.
