So glad, HE turn out to be the unlikely hero for the game. HE was able to catch the fiery assist from YDY and got the shot on time. Yehey! lol! This goes to show that Pili5 players are improving. It is no longer a DFX-YDY show only, now it involves the rest of the time. But of course the shot won’t be possible if not for the great assist from DFX and then YDY.
So the team rejoices aside from DFX who have was is affected by the presences of the scary looking Can.
The team continue to celebrate even on their dug out. Yet, DFX has a mind of his own. He was sulking on the corner until YDY notices and approached him.
The team went to a bar to celebrate. Now there are additions — the student council and the SC president have set her eyes to YDY. This is so funny. Now we have a love square (excluding W). Throughout the celebration DFX thoughts have been in lala land that’s why Ji Er is worried. .
When it was time to go home Ji Er accompanied DFX and they end up talking about the past that involved Can.I’ll let the hands do the talking.
The next morning YDY was waiting for Ji Er. This time Ji Er showed up but the student council appeared. This scene was hilarous. I was thinking YDY has met his karma through the SC president. If he kept pestering DFX and Ji ER, now the SC president kept on pestering his plans on Ji Er. lol. To avoid the SC president, YDY pretended that he and DFX had plans. So the two ended up on a date. haha.
At this point Can appeared again. And I don’t know if its arrogance or because he wanted to show that he is better that DFX, YDY challenge Can for a game of street basketball. Seems, like Can’s way of playing is rough. YDY has receive his fair share of beating from Can when the Wild Ball Player appeared.
With those pair of eyes, tell me who Qui Kui is ? At first I was not convinced it is Ji Er but somehow the eyes and the expression of Qui Kui gave out the clue that she really is Ji Er.
On the way, DFX received a call from his Grandfather. It seems like the Grandfather is a perfectionist. He even went to the extent of putting DFX into a test wherein a lot of gadgets were pinned on his body. And when DFX shot was less that perfect he slapped DFX with his cane. The grandfather have known YDY through the discussion with DFX so he went to visit (spy) the practice session of the Pili5. And i think Can would be joining the basketball team that DFX have abandoned (?).

muahahaha, i’m back-lol couldn’t resist catching up on reviews for ep 9, as always I always seem to agree with your take on things, even though I’m not tuning into it at the mo! As I mentioned in the last post, I am really liking that CAN guy-he seems sooo COOL-lol again you’ve kinda confirmed that for me. I think I was absolutely certain that the masked ‘dude’ was Jie Er right from the start-though her role as Qui Kui doesn’t seem that convincing (to me),I am still about 99.7% that it’s Jie Er, lol it has to be with those features! p.s. awwwww I like how they gave priority to one of the other team players, lol the one with all the basketball funk-he happens to be my favourite as well!
oooo I also notice a hand holding Jie Er and DFX moment-that’s rare isn’t it!? lol. well with not many more eps to go, I suppose they’ve gotta deal with the relationship sooner or later!

there are still a lot of issues to cover and i am not sure if 13 episodes can address all these things. and i think can would be joining the pili team on the upcoming episodes. though i am not that sure.
yeah, ji er is qui kui. i am just waiting for tomorrow when ydy found out her true identity. lol.

Yep, i’d like to think it will have more than 13 eps, would be a shame if they rushed it towards the end, or worse, give us a resolution with plenty of loopholes! lol i’m gonna have to catch you up and watch the eps before I read your reviews-i’m giving myself waaay too many spoilers!

I second that-I find it extremely rude that not only are they being ungrateful but they’re also spoiling it for the rest of us! Grrr, hateful people-they really should just go bugger off!
