Everybody is talking about Lee Jun Ki’s Iljimae. So it reminded me that I never wrote about one of the best action Kdrama that I have watched. A drama that endeared me and made me an LJK fan. lol. The thing is, I don’t really watched action movie unless it is an American movie. At first I was hesitant to watch because, one it is ACTION, second I remember how annoyed I was in LJK’s appearance in My Girl. I don’t like his hair there.
But in AZNV, this series was number one at that time among Korean, Taiwanese and Japanese drama. Today, it was already taken over by other drama but it still has 98% rating.
Time of Dog and Wolf (TODAW) reminds me of the novel and movie Jason Bourne. Wherein LJK became an undercover agent and then through the process suffered memory loss. There are a lot of twist and turn in the drama which showcase LJK’s fighting talent. And the story itself will keep you on the edge of your seat. But this is not only an action movie. It also has some heavy drama and a lot of heart. Especially the relationship of LJK with his adoptive family and of course his childhood friend whom he met in Thailand. It really is good until your reach the ending, which is no surprised because we all know the trademark of Kdramas…not so good closure. Just like Iljimae, TODAW’s ending left many questions and debates. But all in all its a good one. Worth the time. In fact, I watch it over and over again.

Lee Soo Hyun is adopted into Kang Min Ki’s family because his parent’s were murdered by gang members. They both grew up to become NIS agents, brothers, and best friends.
