Sweet Relationship (Synopsis and English Sub)

I never want to watch this drama until the episodes are completely subbed in english. But I can seem to fight the urge to see another Vic Zhou drama. lol! Truth is I am not an F4 fan even if they were a big hit in the Philippines a long time ago. I never joined the hype of worshipping the four. Nor did I watch Meteor Garden 1 and 2. But among the four I like Vic Zhou the most.

The first drama that I watched in full that had him was Mars. This is one of the great drama that I have watched. It stars Vic Zhou and Barbie Zu. The story is nice plus their acting. I needed to do another post for that one. But this week, since I am on a hunt for good drama I decided to watch Sweet Relationship. AZNV has six subbed episodes of it. And then I went to Mysoju for the rest. But mysoju’s videos are in VEOH which I am having a hard time loading the video. I then realized I have another option via Crunchyroll. True enought it was there but only up to Episode 17. The last three episode are still being subbed.

The drama is nice. Its all about cooking and tasting food. It made me want to be a chef. Here is the synopsis from Dramawiki :

Bai Hui has a refined palate that allows her to enjoy every wonderful texture and taste different cuisines have to offer. Ever since little, food has been the centre of her world. It celebrated her college graduation and consoled her when her beloved father passed away. Her love for eating ignites passion in the heart of a genius chef, Zi Tian, who never found joy in food.

Based on Satoru Makimura’s manga, Oishii Kankei. 

Zi Tian is played by Vic Zhou while Patty Hou plays Chang Bai Hui. The girl meets boy via the Little Bear where they become master and student. Bai Hui is a rich girl turn poor because of the death of his father while Zi Tian seems to be always angry because of his family background. Although I wasn’t satisfied with the girl’s acting and Vic Zhou is thinner as compared to his Mars appearance I still am happy to watch this drama because of the other interesting characters especially the Granny. It really made my day. Overall it gave me that feel good feeling. And right now I am impatiently waiting for the rest of the subbed episodes. lol!

I have finished watching and I must say its not bad and its not also great. It took a long time for the two lead to be finally be together. I think its on the last episode that they become a couple. But the ending is nice. But I would still go for MARS.

For english subs, AZNV.TV and CRUNCYROLL.COM has it and MYSOJU also.
