Another investment

Last week, I was still having second thought if we are going to continue paying for the equity of the house and lot we were eyeing in Antipolo way back 2005. We already paid 50k, 10k for reservation and 40k for the equity. Since 2005 to present there have been a lot of things that happen thus I was not able to focus on it.

During hubby last vacation, we discuss thoroughly our goals and finances. And made sure that all the loans, insurance and other payable will be taken care of in five years time. I feel like we have some kind of debt consolidation loans. We computed the income and expense and I was somewhat frustrated to see that about a big a month is wasted each month. So to make sure that no money is wasted one of the idea that come up to my mind is to continue the house and lot in Antipolo. I was asking hubby if we can do it since we are on the process of paying the loan for our H&L here in Marikina. He told me that we still have a budget for it and after checking my spreadsheet, I asked the agent to pick up the first payment. Now I have the new contract. And another payable for the month! lol! But I am happy because I know we were putting our money to good use.
