22 months

2 more months and the baby is 2 years old. If you asked her how old is she, she will answer you ‘TWO’. My older sister says we are too advanced, but I told her much better to teach her that she is two rather than teaching her to say one and just a few months i’ll be changing it to two. My princess might get confused! hahaha!

Anevay is too energetic. That’s what I always hear from family members. Even her daddy can’t keep up with her energy. Around the house she will climb on our sofa, dining chairs and even dining table. She would jump and run around the house. She is no longer a baby! hehe! She is developing quite fast and I am really amazed on one of god’s greatest creation.

Her last check up was last April 29, as usual she cried her hearts out just going inside the clinic. And then she got her shot for hepa. The pedia was asking me how much milk she is consuming, i told her 4 8 oz. Her pedia thinks its too much. Good thing now, Anevay only drink 2 8 oz of milk. Its because she already eats a lot during meal time. Except for breakfast. I still cannot find what to feed her rather than biscuits. She doesn’t CERELAC and OAT MEAL. With a little assistance from me she now eats on her own.

In terms of vocabulary, hers has been really growing. Just tonight she kept on saying AMAZING! Yeah, she really has a different expression. Her favorite expressions : Oh oh! Oh my! Oh no! Asked her what her name is and she will answer Avey!

Songs she can sing, Tomorrow, Hawak Kamay, ABC, My friends tiger and pooh, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse song, Handy Manny song, Thomas and his friends song, Johnny and the sprites (the intro and the in between song, HEADS UP!) , Yav, Yav You (I love you song of Barney), Head and shoulders, If your happy, Twinkle Twinkle. She does not sing the song completely, what I am doing is that I will sing the song and pause for her to fill in the next line. It encourages her to follow through. Oh and she can count from one to ten, say ready get set go, when she sees a camera she will say one two three. She now knows the circle, triangle, star. I am in the process of teaching her the shapes in her book.

The truth is she knows all the songs of the programs in Playhouse disney because the tv is turned on almost all day. Except for meal and sleeping time. Now, my goal is to limit her watching time and start teaching her the shapes and ABCs. She loves to write and color so I am making her write straight lines which i think is an intro to writing the letters. And I am not surprised that she loves books since both me and her daddy really love books too. She has a lot of books with picture. Its the first stage of encouraging the love for books through picture reading.

And when it comes to the magic word (according to Barney), Anevay always say thank you but seldom utters please. But when she wake up every morning She will smile at me and say Morning, before she sleeps she says Goodnight and I love you and kiss me.
