I am here in the Philippines, and hubby will be in Kuwait on our wedding anniversary. It’s our third year of being husband and wife. Unlike last year wherein he was able to go home, this year since he choose to be here on my birthday so we would be celebrating our anniversary away from each other. But I am still thinking of a way to give him my gift. The way he had surprised me on the eve of my birthday by giving me an earring and a necklace. I already have something on my mind but I still cannot forget the Patek Nautilus watch that I saw. Although right now he already has a watch which I gave as gift to him last year. So I think I would stick to the gift I have on my mind.
