Christmas Eve celebration

Before I blog about our three days two nights vacation in Cebu and Bohol, I would be blogging first about our Christmas eve celebration.

This year is different in the sense that we are celebrating it the first time in our own house and second I am in charge of the food — planning what to cook and cooking what I plan. Which is really tiring.

I got no help since it was only me and hubby and anevay. I let hubby look after Anevay while I cook.

What did I cook ? Which reminds me also of the updating my food blog for the recipe of boneless crispy pata, baked macaroni, sweet and sour salmon, brownies and fruit salad. Since I forgot to buy the ham for the baked mac, hubby and Anevay went to Rustans to buy it. When they arrived hubby also bought two flavor of ice cream. So our ref was full.

With all the cooking that I have done, I was left exhausted and so at around eleven, I was already asleep. haha. Since, I am also feeling some lupus symptoms. Because of this I was not able to take pictures of Anevay opening her presents which were all given by her daddy. haha. Three toys and one doll from my kuya and his family.

So the food I prepared (except for the one I gave my brother) was left uneaten. But according to hubby all the food I prepared were all delicious. I do hope he is telling the truth. hehe
