I’m very sorry to hear about your lupus. My mother, too, had SLE. She was diagnosed around 1960, when she was 36. We lived in the San Francisco bay area and were told by her doctors that the disease was so rare there was only one other person in the entire state of California with that diagnosis. Of course, it’s a much more common diagnosis now, as more is learned about the wide-ranging symptoms. I am glad you have good support and an excellent attitude, and I wish you well.
