I never realized the value of family insurance until I was given a chance to study and review the insurance business when I tried to be an insurance agent. With the few trainings that I have attended, they have emphasize that only few really get some insurance because of the perception that policies cost a fortune. Many have not known that they can avail insurance at a reduce premiums.
Most, if not all, have only insurance because it is part of the employee benefit package the company they are working for is giving them. Ignoring that fact that they having an insurance is a need not only for themselves but their family also. That is one of my motivation when I was an agent. I always makes it a point to enumerate insurance plans pros and cons.
But that was when I was an agent. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I decided to quit. Yet, I will always encourage friends to invest on insurance policy.
