There has been a discussion through comments on NEO LAPTOP and the lousy customer service they provide.
Sometimes I joined their discussion and as I browse through their complains the more irritated I get because it reminds me of my own experience. Which I already wanted to forget. The more I remember kasi the more I regret not buying that Acer computer.
But to make things light, and sorry if I will offend somebody, but I took this pictures because I think it answers the question what do I do with the Neo Laptop that I send to Digital Playground and it took them a month to return to me and when I had a test run, I was not impressed with the slow boot up.
Despite of that I got my NEO and told the reps that I will just do the repair. Naasar na kasi ko! Anyway, my laptop now is working out fine. Not sure until when.

No worries, this is just a few seconds. After I took the pic Anevay went off. And the NEO is still in good working condition. hahah! the princess is using it to watch her ABC video.

I guess they build NEO pretty well if it survived having about 15 or so pounds of cute baby using it as a trampoline =)
