As I previously wrote I went to EPCIB IBM branch, to get my new account numbers. I waited for more than one hour just to get those numbers. The numbers where printed on a bond paper and were handed to me.
I asked some questions, some were answered, some were not. But last night I haven’t checked what they told me about FASTNET (EPCIB internet banking site). The bank employee told me to log on to BDO’s site and put in the account number and password that I was using in FASTNET.
Which I only remember to do today. And much to my irritation, it worked! I was able to log on to mybdo through the info I am using in my fastnet. Why am I irritated ? Because when I log on to my account, the website showed my new BDO account numbers. Imagine! I should have thought of that….hmmm.
So now, I want to spread the word. For you people out there who are planning to visit your EPCIB branch for your new account numbers, if you have been using FASTNET….skip the hassle of falling in line, just log on to www.bancodeoro.com.ph click on ELECTRONIC BANKING or go directly to www.mybdo.com.ph. Used the PIN and PAN as your user id and password.
