RE : Pagibig Housing Loan

I did not know that such topic would be drawing so much attention. But of course, I fully understand that each of us wanted a house of our own and we can used the PAGIBIG HOUSING PROGRAM to attain such dream. That is why I wrote the entry about the housing loan by PAGIBIG.

Also, I saw that somebody googled the benefits of availing the PAGIBIG HOUSING LOAN. Well, one of the benefits that stood out is that if the borrower died within the period of paying the loan, the loan will be written off and the house will be given to the beneficiaries.

Next, somebody left a comment on my entry. Unfortunately, she has not left any contact details. But regarding the agent who is helping us, she works within the Marikina area only. She mostly handles house and lots in SSS Village, Hacienda Heights, Rancho Estate and nearby villages. The lowest property that she is selling now is worth Php 1.2M, in SSS Village.
