I did IT!
Ok, now Dora’s song I did it is playing on my mind.
I woke up with a sore body, cold and cough. Luckily no fever. As usual Anevay was first to wake up and she play around while I tried my best to stay awake. She goes around our bed and come back to me to hug me when I cough. Such a sweet girl.
Because of my not so good condition, I decided to take BIOFLU. And prayed it won’t have any side effect nor fight with my prednisone intake. Eversince I got LUPUS, i tried very hard not to take any meds that are not prescribed by Dr. Ino. He had told me to take BIOGESIC in the past (which is a paracetamol) to ease the aches that I was feeling. So I guess it wont hurt to take BIOFLU since it is also a paracematol. I decided to take the medicine so that I can recover fast to avoid the virus being transmitted to Anevay, who just wants me to take care of her and no one else.
Afternoon, while preparing to take a nap or i think I already dose off, Dorothy woke me up because the Pagibig assesor is already at our house. I was not expecting him because I thought they are going to call first before they will proceed at our house. But they are already here so I have no choice but to go out and talk to them.
He assessed the house and I asked for an initial assesment. And the initial assesment have given me another nudge to cancel the buying of the house and lot. It seems that the house and lot is overpriced. yeah! It its. although it is 300+ sq meters, and a corner lot, the estimated assessment did not even reach the 3m mark. Imagine, and we are going to buy that on a higher price.
Because of this, I gather my strength to call the owner of the house and tell him the lie that hubby and I have fabricated. Yeah! I told a lie. And thus, the title I did it. I told the owner that we cannot produce the 30% downpayment that they are asking us. And after which I also explain all the factors that lead us to the decision that we wont be buying his house and lot. But he was insistent. He even told me that he would lower the price, but I told him that we can only invest around 2.5M for real estate. He told me that he would be discussing this with his agent.
Then his agent called me. Again, I told her what I told the owner. She told me to wait for how much pagibig will grant us. And then, will negotiate from there. She even added that she also has a property which she can show Joseph. This is a different one and no renovation will be needed for the house. Oh well! An agent is always an agent.
Hay! I just can heaved a sigh of relief. Finally, I was able to do that phone call. I was able to postpone it since Friday. Imagine that! 3 days of restlessness. I am glad I DID IT!
But of course, that was done with a lot of guidance from God (although I did tell a lie). Sorry!
Thank You Lord for guiding me and send me your holy spirit.
