I think it is my luckiest and healthiest year so far after i have been diagnosed with LUPUS.

I am counting the days till 2005 is over and I could say i am successful in battling lupus.

But what is the difference of this year to my previous year? This year i am taking LACTOVITALLE.

I am a person who is not contented with whats on the outside. I always search for more and I am a wide reader. I surf the net, which thankfully have lots of helpful information about lupus, and have started reading books. I read books on dealing with depression. I read a lot of books of Bo Sanchez and one by i forgot her name. But she is also a writer in Kerygma and she is suffering from MS. Along side this i bought an expensive book about LUPUS. Actually I bought it because it is the only book about LUPUS in all the bookstore I went to.

The book is written by a woman who had also suffered but survived LUPUS. IN that book she tells of the things she have done to be in remission. That book has help me a lot in my attitude in dealing with LUPUS. The book have focused onn alternative medicine which i think has a point. So I decided to give alternative medicine one more try.

Actually when I was diagnosed with LUPUS, i started drinking herbal medicine which are way too expensive and in bad taste. And does not posed any changes in me. So, I stop drinking those kinds. But when I read the book I started to reconsider. At that time a neighbor of mine is telling me to drink LACTOVITALLE because she heard over the radio of one testimonials of a LUPUS patient about how she was cured (well i guess not cured but put into remission).

Feeling low and depressed because of the joint pains I started to research about LACTOVITALLE. Luckily they have a website which consist of testimonies —- > www.lactovitale.com and because of this testimonies and because of its price i bought it and drink it.

When I drank it the next day my joint pains were gone. I was able to move around without pain. I was doubtful because at that time my rheumy have given me arcoxia. I was torn into thinking if its the result of arcoxia or LACTOVITALLE.

After 2 weeks, I was advised not to take arcoxia. And what happen? I was off arcoxia, did the joint pains occured? Thankfully, it did not appear. Thanks to Lactovitale the joint pains have been lessen and now after 6 months i can energetically walk and run. And now i can go to the gym to perform some tae boo! yehey!

And when attacked by gastrointestinal problems which over the years leads me to confinement I just drink a jigger of LACTOVITALE and my gastro problems will disappear.

Well, the cyst is another story. My ultrasound shows that its getting smaller. This was achieved without taking any meds mind you.
